"Blade dulled way too quickly"
I was disappointed with the blade quality. It went blunt much faster than I expected, and I can imagine other customers would feel the same if they’re hoping for something that lasts. Definitely not the best experience.

The order turned out fine in the end, but the communication was frustrating. I had to follow up a few times just to get clear updates, and some of the replies felt really vague, like they didn’t fully answer my questions. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it made everything more stressful than it needed to be 😕

"Blade arrived dull, but I’ll make do"
I bought this from wilkinsonswordshop.co.uk thinking it would be ready to use straight away, but the blade turned up really dull. It could barely cut properly, which was disappointing and not what I expected. I guess I’ll have to get it sharpened myself and make the best of it, but i was hoping for better.

"Pretty limited selection, honestly"
I popped in looking for a few shaving bits, expecting a decent range since it’s Wilkinson Sword, but it was underwhelming. A lot of the products I thought would be there just weren’t, and the whole selection felt oddly limited, like they were only trying to push certain items rather than offer the full range. I ended up buying what I needed somewhere else. Bit disappointing, to be honest.

"Slow replies and no real person to talk to"
I ordered from wilkinsonswordshop.co.uk and needed to ask customer service a question. It took days to get a reply, and when they finally answered it felt rushed and not that helpful. What annoyed me most was that there didn’t seem to be any proper human contact, just waiting around for messages and hoping someone would actually respond properly. I had to chase them again before I got a clearer answer. The product itself was fine, but the support side really needs to be faster and more personal.
"Decent enough, but a little clunky"
I guess the site does what it’s supposed to do. I was able to find what I needed after poking around for a bit, and the product pages loaded fine. Checkout was simple too, so I can’t really complain too much.
That said, it felt a bit rough on mobile. The menus were kind of awkward, and the filters didn’t always narrow things down in a useful way. It’s not a bad site by any means, but I’m not sure I’d call it especially smooth either

Checkout went through fine with my card, so no major issue there. I just wish PayPal had been an option too. Kind of felt like convenience wasn’t really a priority on that part.

I bought this from Wilkinson Sword expecting a decent close shave, but it just didn’t do the job. No matter how slowly I went, it still left stubble behind and I had to keep going over the same areas again and again. Frustrating. I also expected some kind of follow-up or response after raising the issue, but nothing, which made the whole experience even more disappointing.

I was trying to order a few blades and a razor handle, and the site itself was easy to browse, but it got frustrating because a lot of the items I clicked on were out of stock. It’s especially annoying when they still show up like they’re available until you actually open the product page.
I did manage to find something in the end, so it wasn’t a total waste of time, but it wasn’t really what I originally wanted. I’d probably give them another try because the range seems decent, but they really need to keep the stock info clearer and more up to date...

The blades work fine, nothing awful or anything, but I felt a bit annoyed paying that much for them. I’ve found similar ones for less elsewhere, so I’m not in a rush to buy these again

"Delivery took forever and I felt passed around"
I wasn’t impressed. The delivery took way longer than they said it would, and I barely got any updates along the way. When I tried to find out what was happening, it felt like I was just being passed around without anyone really giving me a clear answer. Not a great experience.

The product itself was fine, but I was annoyed by how much packaging came with it. It was a small item in a huge box with a bunch of unnecessary plastic bits, which just felt really wasteful. I also reached out about it and never got any follow-up, so that was disappointing too. They could definitely do better

I kept trying to check out and it just wouldn’t go through. After a few failed attempts, I started wondering if they were hoping I’d give up or come back later and maybe add more to my basket. Either way, I got fed up and abandoned it.

I bought a pack and the first couple of shaves were fine, but the blades went dull quickly after that. I’m not expecting miracles, just a fair amount of use for what I paid. They weren’t terrible, but it’s kind of disappointing when something basic like this doesn’t last as long as it reasonably should.

"Still waiting for my refund"
I sent an item back to Wilkinson Sword Shop weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my refund. I’ve emailed them twice, but the replies have been slow and vague, so I’ve had to keep chasing it myself. The return process wasn’t very clear either, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. it doesn’t feel right to leave customers hanging like this over something that should be straightforward. I wouldn’t order from them again after this experience.

"Shipping cost made me rethink it"
I was going to place a small order the other day, but once I got to checkout and saw the delivery cost, I backed out. For such a little purchase, the shipping just felt way too high. I’d been considering ordering again later, but after that, I don’t think I will.
